Photo, Video & Marketing Release

Beauty Kulture Academy is a professional beauty education institution that documents classroom experiences, student work, and special programs such as Teen Camp to highlight learning, creativity, and student success.
During Teen Camp, photos and/or videos may be taken of participants while they are:
- Engaging in hands-on beauty activities
- Participating in classroom learning
- Showcasing completed services (before & after results)
- Interacting in group activities or camp experiences
These images and videos may be used by Beauty Kulture Academy for the following purposes:
- Social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Website and promotional materials
- Marketing campaigns and advertisements
- Educational and training content
- Printed materials (flyers, brochures, signage)
Beauty Kulture Academy uses all media respectfully and professionally to represent the brand, student experience, and educational environment.
Important Acknowledgment
- No personal or sensitive information (such as full names, contact details, or private data) will be shared publicly without additional consent
- Images will not be sold or distributed to third parties
- Participation in media is voluntary and will not affect your child’s experience if declined
Parent/Guardian Permission
By selecting “Yes” below, I acknowledge that:
- I understand how Beauty Kulture Academy may use photos and videos
- I give permission for my child to be photographed and/or recorded
- I understand that these materials may be used for marketing and promotional purposes
