Release of Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement

Please read carefully before agreeing:

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, understand that my child’s participation in Beauty Kulture Teen Camp involves hands-on beauty-related activities conducted in an educational environment.

In consideration of my child being allowed to participate in activities hosted by Beauty Kulture Academy, I agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participation in beauty services and hands-on activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Minor cuts, burns, or abrasions
  • Skin irritation or allergic reactions to products
  • Accidental injury during the use of tools or equipment

I understand that all activities are supervised and that Beauty Kulture Academy follows professional safety and sanitation standards; however, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Beauty Kulture Academy, its owners, instructors, staff, students, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to:

  • Personal injury (minor or otherwise)
  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities
  • Property loss or damage
  • Any incident occurring during participation in Teen Camp activities

Hold Harmless & Indemnification

I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Beauty Kulture Academy and its representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) that may arise as a result of my child’s participation in the program.

Medical Responsibility

I confirm that:

  • I have disclosed all known medical conditions, allergies, and sensitivities
  • My child is physically able to participate in camp activities
  • I accept full responsibility for any medical expenses that may arise

Acknowledgment of Supervision

I understand that:

  • My child will be supervised by trained staff and instructors
  • Beauty Kulture Academy provides a structured, educational environment
  • My child is expected to follow all safety instructions and guidelines

Parent/Guardian Agreement

By selecting “I Agree” below, I confirm that:

  • I have read and fully understand this Release & Hold Harmless Agreement
  • I voluntarily agree to all terms stated above
  • I am the legal parent or guardian of the participant
